If you're looking to get a refund, here’s the deal—whether or not you can get one really depends on the rules set by the company providing the service. That includes airlines, hotels, car rental places, and so on. Each of them has their own terms and conditions, and on top of that, airdesk.services also has its own policies that come into play.

To be eligible for a refund, your booking needs to have been made through airdesk.services. Just as importantly, you'll need to meet the specific requirements set by the service provider you booked with. These requirements can vary quite a bit, so it's always a good idea to check out the terms that came with your booking.

When you’re ready to request a refund, make sure you’re doing it in line with the cancellation policy that applies to what you booked. For example, some hotels might let you cancel up to a day before check-in, while some airlines could have stricter rules or fees.

At the end of the day, it’s the service provider who decides if you’re eligible for a refund and how that process works. We’ll do our best to help, but we also have to follow their guidelines.
